The Canon Planetary Coordinate Shifter

3. Logical Step: Atmospheric drag becomes “Noise” that the unit ignores to maintain its fixed position in the 4D-Block.

Essential Detail: It makes orbits Permanent. No more “station-keeping” fuel. Once a satellite is in its coordinate, the Sovereign Mandate of the 4D-Loop keeps it there.
